MFest Short Story Competition 

During his time as a Programme Manager for charity, Maslaha, Zain created and led on MFest Story Competition in partnership with Hajar Press. The competition was for aspiring Muslim authors and gave one author the opportunity for a publishing deal with Hajar Press and a free Arvon Residency. The other shortlisted writers received workshops to develop their ideas further.
